Every roll in a single order is printed from the same batch — same paper colour, same printer settings, same ink. The result is visible only when you place adjacent rolls: no difference.

Custom-print exception

Bespoke wallpapers are crafted just for you.

According to Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, wallpapers printed to your dimensions and design choice are specifically made for your order and exempt from the general right of return.

That's why we send a print preview of each order before production begins — please check the specifications before approval. We verify dimensions, design choice, material.

Damage during transit

Report visible damage to the courier before signing. Report hidden damage to us within 48 hours of receipt at help@tisaria.com, including photographs. A replacement is sent at our expense within the standard production time.
