For a justified claim, photograph or record the product and contact us as soon as possible so we can find the best solution. Claims can be accepted only before adhesive is applied to the product and/or before the product is installed on the wall.

By signing the proof of receipt, the recipient of the shipment (or another person authorized to receive it) confirms that the package was delivered undamaged. In case of visible damage to the package upon delivery, the recipient (or another authorized person) must photograph the package, refuse receipt, and send us a delivery claim (with the photo).

Installation is not included in the price. If you need help, send us the project location and we will send you contact details for the nearest professional wallpaper installer.

Adhesive and all required coatings come with the wallpaper and are included in the price.

Use the calculator on our website to estimate the required quantity of wallpaper. Enter your wall dimensions and it will tell you how much to order. Add at least 5 cm to both width and height to allow for uneven walls.

We offer several payment options, including: Cash on delivery: pay in cash when you receive the parcel. Card payment: pay by credit or debit card. Bank transfer: direct payment to our company bank account.

We ship across the EU. Delivery within Austria and Germany usually takes 5–8 business days; other EU countries take proportionally longer. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We use materials that ensure durability and colorfastness. Our wallpapers are made from eco-friendly materials that are safe for your home.

The wallpapers are made of fiberglass and, together with the adhesive and coating, form a waterproof system, which means they can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge and mild soap.

To install your new Tapeta, the wall surface must be smooth, clean, dry, and sound.
